Thank you for shopping with Need-it / Want-it. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs and what to expect after you buy.

Order processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.

Shipping methods and costs

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed at checkout.

Tracking and destinations

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees and customs delays.

Order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your shipping address, change or cancel an order. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships.
